They want to know about your emotional intelligence. They will ask when is a time you used emotional intelligence to close a sale. Do not say I use it Every day. Even though they don't seem to have emotional intelligence themselves, use a real example where you read the customer and was able to create selling strategy based on your emotional intellect.
