it was good no complaints. they call me on time and asked relevant questions and explains the job. they also asked if i have call center experience. as well a time that i went above and bound for a customer

Straight forward in person interview at location site . Dress was business professional and asked about different scenarios as far as I can remember . Very easy going interview I felt at ease during the process .

Interview with supervisor and possibly manager. Questions about past customer service and call center experience. Computer test to evaluate your personality. It's good to explain about your past experience with customer service and selling/up-selling to customers. You will get the job if you can prove that you can handle a call center atmosphere and being on the phones a lot, speak professional, and have a nice sounding voice. Also helps a lot if you speak another language and are really flexible with your hours. You need to be really aggressive but patient at the same time. Paid training but you have to memorize a script and sound natural or you won't get the job.
