Firstly, the company gives an English test for participants (just about 500 or 600 Toeic) to ensure the trainees understand the basic English reading skill. Next, the employer interviews the pass trainees about technical skills and career objectives.

It was okay, nice chatting with the managers about their processes and goals. The team was quite efficient and communication was smooth. Though they needed someone who can just do the job, did not like that
