Interview
It took a week to complete a three-parts interview. I applied via online and the next day got a reply to schedule a Introductory Call Phone Interview , then a In-person Interview. Afterwards, comes a next day Follow Up Call with the offer. I said was flexible at the time and was put to week in the following week.

How well is Chinese Cantonese and Mandarin? Can you speak a few sentences?

Interview
Not hard. Simple questions and easy to answer as long as you're prepared even just a little. I wouldn't be too stressed about it and you may need to know a little bit of Chinese.
First part is a phone interview, second is an in person interview, third will be a follow up call with your offer. Standard interview, better to be ready and prepared!
