I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Remoti (Bogotá, Bogota) in Apr 2022
Interview
It's a bit long and they don't give you constant feedback. Throughout the whole process they sell lies about how the company is like. They're constantly changing the hiring process so there's no way to know what it's like

Question 1
About yourself, your experience, english assesment and group interview
I recently had an interview experience with Remoti, and unfortunately, it left a lot to be desired. I wanted to share my experience to shed light on the unprofessionalism I encountered during the process. Firstly, I was initially contacted by a female recruiter from Remoti who expressed interest in my profile and scheduled an interview. The interview itself was a regular screening. However, after a week had passed, I received no updates or communication regarding the position I interviewed for. This lack of follow-up is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on the company's professionalism. Additionally, during the interview, I was asked to install the company's app on my phone as part of the hiring process. While I understand the need for certain tools and technologies in the recruitment process, it felt odd to be asked to install their app, especially considering it was primarily for users to apply for jobs listed on Remoti. This request raised concerns about the company's approach to candidate evaluation and the overall hiring process. The fact that I was ghosted without any updates or feedback after being initially approached for the role is a clear indication of poor communication and disrespect towards candidates. Ghosting candidates is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on the company culture and values. In conclusion, my interview experience with Remoti was disappointing due to the lack of communication and follow-up after the interview. The request to install their app for a role I interviewed for seemed questionable. I would caution other candidates who are considering opportunities with Remoti to be aware of their unprofessional approach to the hiring process.
5 interviews (1 assessment and an English test)
Long, wasteful, several interviews where the people ask you the same over and over again, and the recruiters not shown interest in it. Lack of follow-up.
