The person was disperse and apparently just repeat a script making her sound boring y not interested to chat with me. 4 weeks passed not a clue about interview result.

Interview
The interview process went really smooth. Arrived 10 minutes before the interview started. The hiring manager promptly introduced themselves. Questions were straightforward and nothing too tricky. Was able to ask questions of my own to better understand the company and its values.

Interview
This company only hires through recruiters. I was offered a chance to interview with the branch manager based on my resume. I arranged a time and date with the manager, and arrived in the office with copies of my resume and dressed in a suit.
The interview was very professional; the interviewer was extremely nice and asked difficult questions about past job experiences without being too harsh. After the questions, he outlined the compensation and the various ways one can advance in the company in detail.
Following the interview, I didn't hear back for several weeks. After pestering him for over a month I finally received an offer and accepted. It is essential to follow up multiple times to get this job opportunity, the company loves to see persistence in applicants.
