I had such a great experience interviewing with Relay. From start to finish, everything felt fair, well-organized, and genuinely thoughtful. The interview questions were all directly related to the role, so nothing felt random or like a trick question. It really gave me a chance to show what I could do. The recruiter was amazing, very friendly, encouraging, and always checked in before each round to make sure I felt ready. Communication was quick and clear, which made a huge difference. I also really appreciated how they looked at me as a whole person, not just my technical skills. They seemed to care about who I am, how I think, and how I would fit with the team. That stood out to me compared to other companies. They even gave me a tour of the office during one of the later rounds so I could get a feel for the space and culture. It was such a nice touch and made the process feel personal. Overall, it was easily one of the best interview experiences I have had. The whole process felt respectful, transparent, and even fun.

Interview consisted of 3 calls, first one with the recruiter to go over the role, second was with the hiring manager to talk about experience, and then third was a technical coding interview with developers. Interview was fun and had an amazing experience chatting with everyone involved.
