Amazing process and very cool company. I had the opportunity to interview with the manager at the Fort Lauderdale location and the Miami location. Very nice people and very nice owners.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Relax the Back (Tucson, AZ) in Sep 2017
Interview
Unprofessional interview, too eager to hire people in the spot. Interview with owners who are a husband and wife team. They talked a lot about the past ownership and the turnover of their young sales staff.

Question 1
If I was considering long term employment and okay with their low pay
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Relax the Back (Santa Fe Springs, Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2012
Interview
Very easy. Typical questions. Talked about past job duties, how do I think they would apply to the Relax The Back concept. Did I know anything about the franchisee type of business model. I was open for travel and that could take place to stores across the nation. What was my experience in working with ad agencies and outside vendors. They told me it's a small office so would it bother me to be involved in other duties besides marketing. Hours could be more than a typical 40 hour week.
