For the most part, this team is looking for individuals that they can mold into a great technician. Having very specific experience within a Help Desk or IT department was not necessary. Having the right attitude and ability to think on your feet seemed to be weighed heavily.

Several steps but overall easy and comfortable. Peer interviews are chaotic and disorganized though. Last minute process with peers. Typical q&a type interview. Long hiring process in most cases. Nice staff

Interview
I was out of state when I applied for the role. They organized both the HR and the department interview on the same day to reduce the trips I had to take. Additionally, they scheduled and paid for flight, hotel, and rental car for the interview. They even set me up with local real estate agent to tour the area and look at homes if I was interested. Great experience.
