Mainly over the phone with a recruiter. Did not get to speak to the manager I would have. Recruiter was pushy. Were not concerned about much except what rate I wanted. Talked about travel that would be required of me and how I would get paid for my travel and mileage.

Phone conversation, detailed and pleasant. Talked in depth about all questions both of us had and what each of us were looking for. I like my boss, but it is not a good company.

Very casual interview - more of a discussion of my experience and qualifications. 3-person panel but very informal. Followed by a tour of the facility. They explained the culture of the facility and the expectations and answered questions that I had.

Asked typical questions on tell me about yourself, previous experience, strength and weaknesses. It was a phone interview so it was a little more relaxed but some questions were about being the field and situational questions.
