Interview
I had three interviews. The process took about a week. First I took the test I was contacted by hr after the test and set up for a interview I had a group interview 1st and afterwards 2 face to face interviews, was calle after the 3rd interview.
A couple assessments then a phone interview followed by a hiring manager interview (in person). It lasted about an hour, very casual and friendly. It was with the branch manager and assistant team lead.

Submitted my application through their job portal. I was asked to finish as assessment and then 3 days later a Phone interview was scheduled for 30 min. Forwarded to in-person interview.

There is an assessment that take 1 hour to do. If you mess it up, you fail. Then, you have to wait 90 days to reapply. What happened to personable interviews? This is nothing more than an unnecessary barrier to entry.
