Regent College London interview questions

Absolutely terrible candidate experience. Applied online and received a call a few weeks later inviting me to a Teams call as part of a three-stage interview. On the day of the interview, 20 minutes before the scheduled call i received an email notification saying the interview has been cancelled, with no further accompanying message. I emailed them to double check what was happening, only to be told that they have having issues with Teams and have had to cancel the interviews. Haven't heard from them since. Terrible candidate experience which is ironic considering the nature of the role.
