Regency Fireplace interview questions

Interview process is very long and spread-out and involves mostly phone/video rounds and an in-person round. After multiple rounds and investing many hours interviewing they ghosted me prior to the final interview. This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful of the candidates. At the very least a courtesy call or email is warranted to inform the candidate that they're going in a different direction.
