Interview with standard questions about experience and why you are Ref material. Was given a styling exercise. Two types of girls were described, and I had to style them and explain the process.

Can you share an experience when you had to handle a difficult customer situation and how you resolved it?
It was a group interview about 1hr. The group interview part is pretty much just ice breaker questions. They pull you aside to ask the more personal questions and then do a styling activity.

Quick 15-minute phone interview. Only a few questions were asked and it was pretty casual. Asked a general tell me about yourself, 2 other questions, and a few minutes for any questions I had.

There were two interviews. One on Zoom and the other in person. The first interview asked around 6 basic interview questions and then asked about your availability. The second one was more in-depth and lasted longer than the first
