Submitted application, got an email a short time afterwards, had an initial phone interview, and then they flew me out. They were eager to make an offer because they have a very difficult time attracting any talent to the company. I would negotiate significantly higher than I did had I to do over again.

One interview with Distribution team (3 people). Senior Vice President, Vice President and Vice President of Marketing. It lasted about an hour and a half. Vice President was through Skype. Applied, interviewed and confirmed within a couple weeks.
