Interview process initiated by HR person by screening the resume and the expectation from the role. First discussion was scheduled with the Hiring Manager and later with 2 co-workers mostly to evaluate your fit within the team. Followed by VP who will be discussing the expectation briefly. Overall well defined with each interviewers takes time to understand your skills and experience.
