the initial communications was over phone, where the manager ( business development manager) had couple of question about my past experience and what i am looking exactly to work with REDA.
after two days; a 1:1 interview had been conducted, first with the business development manager , then with regional manager.
the interviews was mainly about the background in sales, and what make reda hire me , and negotiation skills
they tested me about the business letters; whether my business letter is clear and professional or not.
also they tested my skill of preparing the budget for couple of customers and plan the sales over 3 - 6 - 9 months
