Interview
It was clearly a numbers game to HR. We couldn't have a two-way conversation because there was no active listening. Almost scripted and all about the "opportunity." There is an underlying management theme that requires three years of working the "floor"--which is pretty much working in a call center customer service capacity. Not ideal for someone with advanced education and training.
Starts with a recruiting call with basic interview questions, then you have to complete a technical assessment, then you go over your assessment with an interviewer. Not sure if there’s anything else that comes after that.

Interview
They asked me why I would want to work at Red Ventures and then asked some questions relating to my resume. They also asked me about my ability with Excel or any of the other coding/tools I have used and asked to expand on my use, like what was a major problem you had and how did you find a solution using this tool.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview was a case study with an excel file with a bunch of information. Was tasked to use Excel, or other programs to solve a business problem. It wasn’t too bad, mainly a bunch of pivot tables on excel, as well as coding a script in a language of your choosing.
