Interviewed with a recruiter from RV in mid-August. They were kind and easy to talk to, they explained how the role would be a mid-level role to fill the growing needs of the team. We discussed how the position would be hybrid (Monday-Thursday in office, Fridays remote), benefits such as PTO and flexibility, and RV culture.

Long. It went on for over a month. I had an initial call, a recruiter call, a take home challenge, and 3 other interviews after that. They rejected me after all this and didn’t tell me why.
