I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC) in Aug 2010
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. They actually ended up calling me after my resume was on file for a couple years. I showed up for the interview and was given a quick tour of the office which was pretty impressive, but for a bunch of analysts it reminded me more of a call center.
I interviewed with three people one-on-one and the questions asked were pretty detailed and annoying. They were asking things that were detailed and what could have been considered borderline proprietary to my past employers. The final person I interviewed with asked some weird hypothetical questions that conveniently left out key information. The most annoying part was having to calculate things on the fly in your head. Simple math, but you can tell they just want to see how you react to stress.
When asked my salary requirements I was given some wishy washy answer and I have a very good feeling that my salary range was above what they had hoped by their reaction. Overall, a complete waste of my time and a half vacation day.

It started with a phone screening, then 2 or 3 interviews (back to back which took a couple hours to get through), then I had a hiring manager interview and I finished off with an interview with my industry lead

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures
Interview
4 round process - HR Screen, take home challenge, technical day, and senior interview
Overall, a very time consuming process, and in the end I was not offered a position and told that they could not give any feedback on why.
Good interview Process. The first phone screening interview was good, the technical was a bit hard, wish I got some sort of feedback. other than that it was good. all the people i talked to seemed nice and friendly and good at their job.
