I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Indian Land, SC) in Sep 2014
Interview
Phone interview first where they ask weird questions. Then I went to an in person interview where I spoke with 2 different people. The first one made me read a script and role play then gave me feedback. The second person did the same thing to see if I accepted the feedback or not.

Interview

Interview
I thought the process was easy. There is a group interview followed by a one on one. Make sure you stand out in the group interview, but not in an annoying way.
