The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Red Ventures in Aug 2011
Interview
I had a phone interview with an executive recruiter at Red Ventures. The call was supposed to be 30 minutes and we would go over my resume. The interviewer called late and we only spoke for around 20 minutes. During my response to questions, the interviewer was talking in the back ground and not listening to what I had to say. Someone was supposed to call me back last week, that didn't happen. I placed a call to follow up and they informed me they were really busy and would call me back by Wednesday. I still haven't heard from them.
I am not impressed; I definitely thought they would be more professional and prompt.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself using your resume as a time line.
There were three separate rounds of interviews: initial screening phone call, a second Zoom interview, and the final technical interview. The last interview took around 4 hours where I completed 3 to 4 separate interviews (behavioral and case).

Question 1
Would you rather start a new business or work at a well-established company?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Red Ventures
Interview
Phone, 1-1 team lead, and then 5 interviews in one day. There was a take-home assignment but interview questions were less technical and more about personality. Interesting and fresh take compared to other interviews.

Question 1
“Tell me about yourself” and “Tell us about a difficult experience you had and how you overcame it.”
3 hours of interviews. I met with all men who all wore T-shirts, which was off putting to me for such a lengthy amount of interviewing. One of my interviewers was great to speak with, while the others all felt rushed and like they didn’t really have the time to meet with me. Ultimately, not worth it.
