Red Van Workshop interview questions

I interviewed for an HR Generalist role and had concerns throughout the process. The interviewers were uncoordinated, gave conflicting information about the role and company, and dodged questions about the long-term outlook. They seemed to brag about the work/life balance, but I felt there was more to the story. I was also not a fan of the self-assessment they asked me to complete – it made me feel like I should already know all about the company. Overall, the process came across as disorganized and lacking transparency. I’m glad I wasn’t offered the position.
