Eh its neutral but they let you schedule it. Not much else to say really. Just takk about relevant experience. Probably your best shot. And dress business casual for the interview.

Interview
Online. Mail and virtual call with unprofessional HR. I did 2 interviews, one screening with HR guy who basically sounded very convinced and told me I'll be meeting the team and Manager. After few days I got another invite, and instead of meeting with the Manager, they told me I need to speak with HR manager. Very weird, to go through another HR interview in a low level start up.
