Interview
FIlled out application. Interview with proprietor. Interview with Host/Hostess manager. Personality/IQ/Skills test. Overview of company expectations and dress attire.
It was rather intuitive. They ask about your work experience and then proceed to ask about the hardest moments in your working portfolio and how you overcame it. Be steadfast and deliberate with your responses.
The manager asked basic questions about customer service experience. I was called to come in for an in person interview. I was asked about my restaurant experience but had none and was till offered job.

Name a time you had a difficult customer and what did you do.
Very easy process the manager was really nice and very direct about the duties the job requires. I also really liked the environment. The GM also comes to interview you as well.
