Excellent interview process. Initially, it was a sit-down interview at an on-campus location, followed by a phone screen and then headquarters interview day. The final set of interviews at headquarters included white boarding for technical position but no actual coding or "brain teaser" problems. Standard interview questions and scenario situations included.

Three Rounds 1st with one consultant and one architect engineer about personal project and behavioral 2nd with seniors mainly behavioral 3rd was a team interview with another candidate playing teamwork games

Initial tech screen via online test, second round mixed tech + personality questions, third round personality questions for an hour and another hour of a non-technical challenge with your competition (another candidate). How they score you is really unclear. From what I could gather they had about a 20% offer rate to final round candidates.
