Behavioral on-campus interview, the guy was super laid back and we mainly just talked through my resume and what I want to understand about the potential role. They're supposed to get to me next week about who they're bringing to their headquarters.
Three Rounds 1st with one consultant and one architect engineer about personal project and behavioral 2nd with seniors mainly behavioral 3rd was a team interview with another candidate playing teamwork games

The interview process is very transparent and they let you know how to prepare for next steps. I enjoyed meeting with the senior devs and talking about the role. They were able to confidently answer any questions I had.

Initial tech screen via online test, second round mixed tech + personality questions, third round personality questions for an hour and another hour of a non-technical challenge with your competition (another candidate). How they score you is really unclear. From what I could gather they had about a 20% offer rate to final round candidates.
