After taking a online test. They call you in for a 1 on 3 interview. After the interview they make you take a Wonderlick test the you have another interview with 2 more people. After the test and interviews if they like you they will take you on a tour.

Interview with PR and HR managers, as well as Plant Manager. PR and HR were first and then separate with the plant manager. PR/HR part was general interest questions, PM part was more about experience and how you would contribute to company.
