To clarify: our assessments are a core part of the QA hiring process at Red Dog Media. The Attention to Detail portion is critical, as precision is essential to success in this role. The Live Bug Identification task uses a mock website styled after a video game store, but it’s designed to mimic a broader ecommerce flow, which closely reflects the type of work you'd be doing here. We do provide scores for both assessments upon request, but we don’t share the grading key to maintain fairness and prevent answer-sharing. All assessments are also manually reviewed to ensure that browser quirks or varied testing styles don’t unfairly impact results.
