Red Capital Group interview questions

It was a panel interview with multiple levels of coworkers. It took about two hours. Everyone was pleasant and took the time to paint an accurate picture of the job and the company. Questions ranged from behavioral style to direct skills and experience based. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Arrived at the place, no one there. Came back 20 minutes later and the guy interviewing me clearly didn't even read my resume. Complete waste of time and the pay wasn't even that good.
