      Account Executive Interview

      Jul 7, 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Scottsdale, AZ
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Recruiting.com (Scottsdale, AZ) in Mar 2014

      Interview

I applied to this job a while back and was interviewed by a little girl. She seemed to have no idea as to what she was doing, or even what the actual job entails. She overbooked interviews on the day of my interview, leaving no space between interviews. As a result of the previous interview running over the time limit, my interview was unfairly cut short. The chick seemed to be flustered, disorganized, and totally unprepared. The compensation is laughable for the type of work that you do and well below the industry standard. If you want to cold-call all day long for low pay, this place is for you! Also, the company looked like a fun house, where the employees don't have any fixed work stations. Everyone sits wherever they want (i.e., couches, conference tables) and works on laptops. That is a sign of a company with a lot of turnover. They seem to replace people here regularly. Beware: I did not see a person over the age of twenty in the office during my visit, so if you are an older person (40+) trying to get a job there, good luck! What a complete waste of time.

      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Recruiting.com (Scottsdale, AZ) in Sep 2015

      Interview

Efficient, eloquent, and definitely a challenge . From the initial phone screen to final interview the process was streamlined and professional. This company is no-nonsense and very particular in who they bring on board to the team. Be prepared for several in-person interviews, a series of challenges, and competing for the position. By far one of the most value adding, challenging, and organized interview processes I have experienced.
