Interview
I was very exciting learning about this company, yet was completely disappointed in their hiring process and leadership. They use their trendy office and fun atmosphere to cover up the flaws in their management. I met with the recruiter at my university and we discussed a client success position and a sales position. I explained that I was not interested in a sales position, but they were still interested in me and flew me out to Scottsdale for an in person interview. For the interview, I was put in room with two directors questioning why I wanted to work in sales, which I had already made clear I was not interested in. They proceeded to try to pressure me into the sales position, and the CEO joined the meeting and tried to intimidate me into taking the position. I made it very clear I was not interested and yet they thought intimidation and authority would change my mind. Very unprofessional and definitely uninviting. As I was leaving the interview, I was asked to meet with the CEO personally in his office, which was quite uncomfortable and very unprofessional. A company should not want to hire a candidate for a job they have no interest in and had to manipulate them into. I hope they do not treat all of their candidates this way.

Question 1
why I wanted to work in sales. why I didn't want to work in sales. continuous followup questions to confuse me

Interview
Applied to job posting and received an interview request within 24 hours. Interview was almost immediately hostile as the CEO joined and took over all questions. My skillset for the job was not addressed and the CEOs angry disposition made him seem extremely rude as I was asked why I wanted to work for them multiple times, "why else?" as a follow up multiple times as well. Did not seem happy that I did not see myself still working for them in 10 years. Seemed to be insinuating that my resume was illegitimate as well. I'm not surprised by all the other complaints about him on here.

Interview
Efficient, eloquent, and definitely a challenge . From the initial phone screen to final interview the process was streamlined and professional. This company is no-nonsense and very particular in who they bring on board to the team. Be prepared for several in-person interviews, a series of challenges, and competing for the position. By far one of the most value adding, challenging, and organized interview processes I have experienced.
