I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Reckitt (Hull, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
Three rounds with generally 2-3 panelist. I was told what to expect and what they are looking for in each rounds. The first two were technical with a lot of questions on the subject matter and experience. The last one was mostly for getting to know my personality, etc. by the HR.

Question 1
Questions about the regulation, how they apply to the products they make, etc.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reckitt (Montvale, NJ) in Feb 2020
Interview
They were good in terms of contacting me and replying after my application, although it seems that they had a lot of confusion on their end. I was called for an in-person interview by the hiring manager BEFORE HR contacted me for a phone screen. I scheduled it in a way so I talked on the phone before my in-person.
The HR lady on the phone screen told me I didn't need specific regulatory experience for this role but prior industry experience, which I did have and I met the requirements for this role. During the in-person interview, the interviewee asked me why I applied for the SENIOR regulatory associate role (which I did NOT apply to - my candidate profile clearly stated this) without regulatory experience.
Overall a very messy experience because of how disorganized the staff was in preparation and was very discouraging as I really wanted to work for this company in particular. This would have had a different result had HR and the hiring manager worked better to schedule my interviews and gauge me as a candidate.
