Interview
Long day, first 2-3 hours in the morning where they introduce the program and you do a teamwork exercise with other candidates. You then also have an individual interview, where you need to go over an exercise they sent the night before.
The entire interview is behavioral based, so prepare your STAR method and situations.

Basic personal information and questions then pre-recorded video interview. Total five questions, some behavioral questions and some is more like personality questions. 30 seconds for preparation then record. Not sure what is after did not get into the next stage.
