Applied online - had 3 interviews, 1 with HR, 1 with Team Lead & 1 with manager - only 10 minutes of interview time. The HR rep also scheduled my call in ET but told me CT. Very quick and to the point, easy interview process. No "in-person" interview was done.

Zoom interview, Tried to understand my background and what I do. Very easy going and supportive interviewer. I did not do my best though. Haven't heard back in more than a month after multiple follow-ups.

I applied online through Indeed.com. A few days later, I messaged a bunch of HR people on linkedin... someone sent my message to the right person and I had a phone interview that same day afterwards she scheduled me for an on site interview on Monday (next business day).
