All the interviewers were very friendly. It gives me an impression that on-boarding with this company will be fairly easy with lots of guidance and grace
There was an assignment that they wanted me to prepare for the second interview, to gauge how I would handle prospecting and lead communication
It was quick, they were looking to hire someone fast. There were questions about my background, why I wanted to work at Recharge, and how I would be able to fit into the sales team.
