Listen to an actual debt collector for about 10 minutes, answer a few questions with bob from HR, do a very easy verbatim test call with you being the collector, and I started a week later. There is a drug screen but they dont care about marijuana.

Easy, you just go in they ask simple questions, and you're literally hired on spot. They ask questions like where did you previously work, and give you a background check on spot.
