RealtyShares interview questions

Recruiter reached out for a phone interview with senior management in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later they rescheduled phone interview with another product leader instead. Phone interview was super basic and easy. Was promised to hear back in a couple days. Later I followed up 3 times in 2 weeks and heard back that the position was put on hold. RealtyShares does this a lot (happened to 2 other friends as well). They do phone interviews and reply back saying the position is on hold. I checked LinkedIn and none of the positions were either closed or had new employees joined.
