First interviewed by Clinical Director, evaluated running a group and than interviewed again by one of the owners. The owner that interviewed me seemed to be evaluating me on my acknowledge of substance abuse and treatment.

Interview
They will ask you to fill out a case study and a bunch of forms. It takes more than 20 minutes for me to be honest.
Then, the interview was conducted by one LMHC and another director. They gave me the offer before I left so it was pretty quick process.
