Re-Solved(Canada) interview questions

A third-party recruiter contacted me about a Business Analyst role and was very supportive and communicative throughout the initial process. The interview with the hiring team, however, felt formal and somewhat reserved. The interview focused heavily on situational questions, and I later learned they were seeking examples involving external or client-facing stakeholders. I provided examples related to internal stakeholders instead, which may not have aligned with their expectations. The recruiter shared feedback promptly after the interview. Overall, the process was well-organized, but clearer guidance about the type of examples expected would have helped me prepare more effectively.
