The interview process took almost a month in total.
I did a cognitive & personality test before pre-screening interview. Then pre-screening interview was standard interview questions, nothing technical. After that, I did a market test which I was given an entire week to work on a pitchdeck to test my research skills and understanding of the M&A space. Finally I had three other interviews with a VP, my direct manager, and the CEO.
The HR was very communicative and mindful of the candidates' schedule/conflicts of timeline with the interview process with other companies. After the market test, the interview arrangement was quickly and you hear the result quickly if you progress.
Overall very positive experience. More steps compared to other companies.
