I did a phone interview, we talked for about an hour speaking on what I have done as a engineer. It was fairly standard, pretty much the only difference was that they wanted to have a pretty deep look into the types of projects that I've done, which I found atypical, it's usually only surface level. I was asked about the type of tools that I've used, both software and physically, that type of thing.
