I had a Super Day at Nashville office after an interview with two analysts at my campus. Positive experience. No technical questions. All great people and very friendly. All candidates at Super Day were highly qualified for the summer internship position, so it really just came down to what they were looking for in an intern.

The interview process was straight froward. I applied on the website. I had one HR screening call followed by two rounds of interviews virtually -- both had an associate and VP. The super day was in person and consisted of 6 rounds of back to back, 30 minute interviews with different team members ranging from analysts to MD.
