The process went very well, laid back. There was a very time consuming test and supposedly I aced it. They told me I was the top candidate but never got back to me. When I reached out to them a couple weeks after the last interview where I met with the CEO, they just ghosted me. I don't understand how hard is it for HR to give some response and make up any number of lies out there. When there is no response how am I supposed to know what to do? Of course I moved on after a couple of days of no response, but it's supposed to be a professional environment when working in these positions. This is another reason why developers should NEVER waste time on taking tests!!! Complete waste of time.
