I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Raven Orthopedics (Escondido, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
I had not had much experience other than my clinical studies before coming into this role.
The interview was quite intense and a challenge and I was of course nervous.
I could tell from the interview that they wanted to make sure that they wanted someone with proper training and education and the right amount of experience in hospitality as well.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Raven Orthopedics (New York, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview
The room was filled with tons of people and loud R&B music. That should've been the first red flag. Then they did interviews is 2 person groups. Second red flag.
Told to come in on a SATURDAY for 2nd interview. Kind of weird. Show up, more music and people and get called into a room where the "pitch" begins.
It's a pyramid selling scheme essentially. No guaranteed weekly pay beyond $50. The schedule is 9:30 to 6:30 SIX days a week.
All positions are sales. Your previous experience doesn't matter. You are basically told you can work your way up.
