The interview process is not especially rigorous. The Rapid Canvas platform appears to be a fairly limited wrapper around Claude Code, so the main expectation is simply to understand how to use the platform within those constraints. The technical bar does not seem particularly high.
There are multiple discussion rounds, but ultimately the final hiring decision appears to rest primarily with the senior interviewer. In practice, that means performance in the earlier rounds may matter less than the senior person’s overall impression at the end.
