The process was initially very professional. I went through the first interview at RRHH. The interviewer asked professional questions. Then, I passed the technical exam, which was not timed, although somewhat complicated and biased. Finally, I moved on to the technical interview.
Unfortunately, the technical interview was NOT as professional as I expected. The interviewer asked of how old I was and demanded a second technical challenge that had nothing to do with the job description. Equally, I went out well of this challenge.
My only mistake was to say that I had little experience with a specific tool. Although, equally, I knew that tool. However, they decided to rule me out without offering a minimum training policy. Considering that, I have a lot of experience in the remaining tools.
