They are slow in their interview process. They take their own sweet time even if the candidate is available immediate.
Initially, HR told there will be two rounds 1) Technical and 2) Techno-managerial
1) First round was technical and architectural and the panel was good to have asked those questions based on my experience.
2) Second round was managerial round, which also went good, but when I asked for project details, the panel asked HR to setup call with another Lead.
3) The another Lead took my technical interview, before sharing details about the project. Now, this technical round was totally out of syllabus. And HR was present in the conference when the another lead was taking my interview. And this round also went well.
So next day, I ask for feedback, the HR says she has not received any confirmation from the onsite manager and it seem that the vacancy did not materialize.
