The interview was great. They understood my needs and asked valid questions. They asked questions to determine if i was a good fit for the hiring company and if the compant was a good fit for me. They properly prepared for the interview with the employer.

More focused on you passing the Hogan and Wonderlic assessments. Be honest, communicate effectively, and be personable. Provide specific examples of direct and transferable experience. The process was not intimidating as they are human beings and not your Creator.
