First I submitted my CV and then I had an interview with the lead and this was followed by an interview with one of the hiring managers. The process was smooth.

We discussed my experience. They asked about flexibility and availability.
2 interviews, one with Randatad themselves and the other with the client. Randstad interview was easy, general personality type questions. Client was hyper specific and will not be relevant to your search

Interview
I was led on by a lead recruiter, who was too scared to give me actual feedback about how my skillset may not be a good fit for the job. Made me believe that I would be passed onto the next step by getting very detailed with dates and salary. Very unprofessional. Candidates look for honesty.
